Wading area, huge dock for diving/jumping in, boat ramp, 2 adult kayaks, youth kayak (100lbs) and 2 canoes. Various adult sized life jackets available-bring properly fitted PFDs for children.
Sleeps 6- 3 bedroom-King, Queen, twin bunk, sofa bed in finished rec room, and 2 bathrooms.
Park on right side of driveway only-Boat ramp must be accessible
Boat ramp is co-owned with the neighbour.
Dog friendly-must be leashed/ Dog run on premises
Waterfront property-caution must be taken: Children must wear flotation devices when in or near the river.
