​Weekly rentals-Friday-Friday

Winter rentals-Snow tires and 4X4 an asset

Wading area, huge dock, boat ramp, 2 kayaks, a pedal boat, and a canoe. Various adult sized life jackets available
* water shoes are an asset*

​Sleeps 6- 3 bedroom-King, Queen, twin bunk, pullout sofa beds in finished rec room and living room, and 2 bathrooms.

​Park on right side of driveway only-Boat ramp must be accessible
​
Boat ramp is co-owned with the neighbour.

Dog friendly-must be leashed/ Dog run on premises

Waterfront property-caution must be taken: Children must wear flotation devices when in or near the river.
